Birchbox is a category defining subscription platform, delivering monthly beauty and wellness products in personalized packages. The holistic experience expanded beyond monthly subscription boxes to retail, e-comm, and educational content.
The in-house creative team was responsible for expanding and growing the consumer experience from online and offline consumer moments. With a team of 20 creatives, we created delightful brand moments including monthly boxes and limited edition collaborations, site design and an app launch, SOHO retail flagship store and pop-up shops, and in-house product design development.
